三、飞灰鳌合剂用途：

飞灰鳌合剂可广泛用于生活垃圾焚烧飞灰稳定化及重金属的固废处理系统、河道淤泥、城市污泥、含重金属的工业污泥、矿渣稳定化等领域。

四、飞灰鳌合剂使用方法：

（1）根据飞灰质量，称取25%-30%的水，按照工艺要求加入飞灰鳌合剂。

（2）药剂添加量为飞灰质量的2%-4%，若添加水泥，药剂添加量可相应增加，具体添加量根据现场小试实验确定。

（3）飞灰稳定化处理系统和设备及控制工艺需问相关设备公司的技术人员。

本品包装为25L、1t塑桶 ，不得与化学消毒药剂混合。

六、飞灰鳌合剂储存：

本产品应存放于阴凉干燥的室内环境中，不得在高温或严寒环境中久置。

1. Product introduction

The characteristics of fly ash mixture: a wide range of precipitated metals and chelating metals, especially the chelation of heavy metals; good water-soluble dispersion, high reagent utilization, stable distribution of fly-back treatment performance; it can be properly prepared according to the specific waste incineration process and heavy metal content, and can be combined with a small amount of cement and other inorganic materials to further increase stability and strength. The performance of the treated fly ash is stable and reliable and can meet the standard of sanitary landfill.

Fly ash mixture can be widely used in the stabilization of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and solid waste treatment system of heavy metals, river sludge, municipal sludge, industrial sludge containing heavy metals, slag stabilization and other fields.

1、According to the quality of fly ash, 25% of the water is taken and 30% of the water is added into the mixture according to the technological requirements.

2、The addition amount of the agent is 2% of the quality of fly ash. If cement is added, the addition amount of the agent can be increased accordingly, and the specific addition amount can be determined according to the on-site small-scale test.

3、The fly ash stabilization treatment system, equipment and control process need to ask the technicians of the relevant equipment companies.。

4. Packaging and storage and transportation

(1)This product is packed in plastic buckets, 25Kg/ buckets, 1t/ buckets or determined according to customer needs.

(2)This product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, away from fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30 ℃.

(3)Separate from flammable, combustible, reducing agents, acids, alkalis and other substances, do not mix storage.

(4)The storage area shall be provided with emergency leakage handling equipment and suitable reception materials.

(5)) this product is not suitable for long-term storage. It is best to use it within three months after receiving the product.

5. Safety and protection

(1)To avoid inhalation and ingestion, operators must wear protective glasses, acid-and-alkali gloves, protective mouth masks and work caps, and wear protective clothing against acid and alkali if necessary.  

(2)Do not eat or drink in the course of work, pay attention to ventilation or local ventilation, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3)Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent packaging and container damage.

(4)Barbaric loading and unloading should be prohibited in the process of loading and unloading to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, so as to prevent the solution from splashing and injuring during the loading and unloading process.
