SGR1115由多种有机膦酸、特殊表面活性剂、增效剂等组成,对水中的Ca2+、Mg2+具有螯合作用,通过晶格畸变作用抑制垢的生成;对回注水中的碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、硫酸锶垢等均有良好的螯合分散作用。主要用于采油过程中地层和管线的阻垢、除垢作用,防止因结垢而造成的地层、管线的堵塞以及腐蚀问题。
SGR1115具有耐高温,耐碱、耐盐,在油层条件下稳定,使用剂量低等特点。
使用方法:
将每天所需的油田回注水阻垢剂SGR1115加入塑料加药桶(或箱)内,为方便使用可加水稀释后用计量泵或通过调节阀门将药剂连续加入。阻垢剂根据注水量,标准用量一般在50~60mg/L,具体加量应根据水质情况确定。
包装贮运:
用25kg、200 kg、1000kg塑料桶包装,存放于阴凉干燥处,贮存期十二个月,搬运时小心轻放,防止撞击。
